WHY PACKING ?
First
of all we should avoid waste production and recycle waste stream (eg aluminum, glass, metal, PVC, etc.) - in a second step we should optimize garbage dumping and storage without any environmental pollution or emissions. This is
ensured by shredding, pressing and garbage packaging with a special roll-press system, which has been proven for many years: the "SET-POWER
PACK" line. Depending which waste composition has to be packed - the packing line and technology can be adapted.
The
garbage is packaged to make it safe storeable and conserve the caloric value of the garbage (no loss of energy content). The volume will be
reduced in a 1:4 relation.
These systems are used to prevent further pollution by uncontrolled land-filling. However, this packaging technology is also used during the construction
phase or service works on energy production facilities (like incineration plants). Furthermore, these facilities are
suitable to establish a logistics (tourism regions, small towns) of garbage platforms and dumping - the packing solution is fully
mobile.
Thus, even in regions with less waste-flows, but in the case of seasonal fluctuations, these solution can be used for packaging on site, the waste can be stored temporarily and easily transported for further utilization.

The flexible "LINE":
Due to the fact, that the line of waste shredding, pressing and packing in bales is mobile, the solution is 100% flexible.
The ability to stack the nearly 1 to bales into "pyramid-like" multi-layered storage -depots makes it extremely space-saving (4:1).
Some of these "stapled depots" are often stacked for years without any problems before they are dismantled and the waste is recycled/used for energy production.
